Return policy

For the health and safety both ourselves and our customers once items have shipped, they cannot be returned as we have no way to verify if it has not been opened and/or used.

Order Cancelation

Orders normally ship in about 72 hours from when the order is placed. If for any reason you need to cancel an order please contact us within 24 hours via our contact me page.

Returned Payment

Payment for canceled orders may be kept as store credit or returned via the same payment method used in the original order.

Incorrect Item

If you received an item you didn’t order or the wrong item, please let us know and I will ship out the correct item. You may keep the original item(s) sent to you. 

Shipping policy.

All orders ship for $10.00!

With the hope of keeping shipping prices down and minimizing our carbon foot print., we have decided to offer a single flat rate shipping on all orders. no matter the size or distance! While we realize this does mean on smaller orders the shipping rate may seem high, it also means the more you buy the less you spend on shipping! Plus less packages means smaller impact on our plant!

As long side trying to do right by our planet we also feel strongly about supporting our Public Services including the US Postal Service. For this reason we ship all orders via the United States Postal Service with priority shipping which includes tracking.

Orders are normally received within 3-5 business days. If your order hasn’t been received after 5 business days, please check the tracking number and contact me at once.

Consultation Cancelation Policy

If you need to reschedule a consultation after a date has been set,

- stuff comes up- I totally understand -

Here is what todo:

  1. Please Contact me immediately by responding to the original conformation email. This allows me to fill your slot with the next available client.

  2. In your response please include if there is a specific future date/time you would like to reschedule for. I can not grantee I will have it available but will always do my best to accommodate everyone.

  3. Then keep a look out for an email conformation.

There are no refunds if you decide to cancel your consultation.

No shop credit will be given. There are no refunds if you are not present at the time of your appointment.

  • If you need to reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, a $25 fee will be given and must be paid prior to your rescheduled appointment. Thank you for understanding!
